Do I have to be affiliated with you to purchase personal training sessions?

No, you need to have to be a member of Philly Fast Fit Body to purchase personal training. All services offered at Philly Fast Fit Body are are available to anyone who wants training or nutritional coaching from us.

What's the difference between a Personal Trainer and a Master Trainer?

All Personal Trainers with Philly Fast Fit Body have obtained a Personal Trainer certification or a degree in a related field. Our Master Trainers - our most experienced trainers - have trained more than 2,000 personal training sessions.

I purchased personal training sessions, what happens next?

It's just a matter of working out a schedule with you and the trainer to get started.

Can I get a refund for my personal training sessions?

If for any reason you are not totally satisfied we offer a 100% 30-day risk free after signing up guarantee full-refund.  Please review your Fitness Services agreement to understand the details of your refund period.    

What do I do if I am unable to make my scheduled personal training appointment?

You must cancel a scheduled training session 24 hours in advance. If you don't show up, are more than 15 minutes late, or you cancel your session less than 24 hours before your appointment, you will be charged for the session. If you are unable to keep an appointment, please contact your personal trainer to reschedule.

How long do I have to use my personal training sessions?

All personal training sessions must be used within 6 months of date of purchase. Remember - you must be an active member of 24 Hour Fitness to use personal training sessions.

Can I get a refund for my personal training sessions if my trainer is no long with the company?

If your assigned trainer is no longer available to conduct any or all of your sessions, we will place you with another one of our trainers.

How do I purchase more sessions with my Personal Trainer?

We've made it easy to purchase additional sessions with your trainer. You can sign up with your trainer or online through the website..   

 What form of payments do you accept

  • Basic payment – Enjoy the freedom and flexibility of paying monthly for your training sessions. Through EFT (electronic fund transfer) on a recurring bases, You can pay by credit card, debit card or check. Paying in cash will result in a higher fee.

  • Commitment Membership – Make a commitment to yourself to get healthy and strong. You’ll enjoy a lower monthly dues rate when you commit to six (6) months or more compared to the Basic monthly payment membership. 

Limited Term Pre-paid Personal Training Sessions

  • Pre-pay for your training sessions. We offer a variety of pre-paid programs from as little as 30 days up to 1 year.

How do I sign up now?

Go to the registration page and fill out the registration form. After filling out the
registration form, please follow the payment instructions. We accept cash, check or you can pay via credit card securely and online.

Once we’ve received your registration information, we’ll send you a welcome packet with more specific details to get you ready for your first day of camp.

 Why should I join Philly Fast Fit Body Boot Camp when I can join the “boot camp” at the local gym for free?

All of our boot camps are run by certified and degreed personal trainers who are insured, not “aerobic instructors” like at typical gyms or these free outdoor boot camps that make buy shake products that are sold by some body who is basically grown up baby sitter and not a true personal trainer.

Although we are called a “boot camp”, we really consider our services “Group Personal Training”, and offer all the benefits of typical one-on-one training for 1/5 the cost.  

What do I need to bring to camp?
Men and Women should bring their own yoga or exercise mat. You will also want to bring water to keep yourself hydrated during camp. We also suggest bringing a towel to dry off with.

How much does it cost?

One month of boot camp typically costs $59. However, we offer longer term membership options which are as low as $15 per session. We offer a free 2 session trial to all first time members. Our “Free” is 100% free, no need to pay or commit to anything upfront.

After you complete your free 2 session trial, you can continue on a month-to-month basis for $59, or sign-up for 3 or 6 or month membership plan.

When can I join boot camp?

You can join anytime you want, as long as the camp time is not already full. We follow an ongoing schedule, so there is no official start day. If the time you wish to join is full, we will put you on a first come first serve waiting list. 

Will I be sore sometimes?

Most people feel some soreness for the first 2-3 days. After that point, it is slight to moderate. We offer all our clients stretching and self myofascial
release exercises for the off days to help minimize soreness and speed recovery.

What kinds of people go to camp?

Our interval based workouts cater to all fitness levels. Our boot camps are structured so whether you are an absolute beginner or an advanced exerciser you will get a great workout!

Is there a refund policy?

If you follow all our nutrition and workout advice, and still do not get results with our program, we offer a 100% risk free money back guarantee.
There will be no refund for unexcused absences, however, if you let us know you will miss a session, you can make it up during the next session.

What is a typical day like at camp?

That’s difficult to say since each day is intentionally to challenge your body to change.
We always start with a warm-up consisting of mobility and dynamic flexibility drills,
and then move on to cardio interval training drills, metabolic strength training circuits,
core training and games.

Most of the workouts are time based, not rep based, and we change up the work intervals each session. We use primarily bodyweight, benches, hills, steps to give you a killer workout.

Although it’s always an intense workout, you’ll always have fun! We teach you a great deal about proper form and “core stability.”

How soon will I see results?

Performance improvement can take place in as little as three days. “Visual Improvement”
can take from two to four weeks depending on your effort level. It’s becoming common
to see a camper go down 1-2 dress or pant sizes within the first camp.

Remember, everyone is different! It all depends on the effort you put in at boot camp and how
well you do at home with the nutrition component. You will get out what you put in.

What will I do after camp is over?

You can get re-measured and tested to show your progress and success in the program. Many (up to 80%) of the campers return for a second and even third camp, and most take advantage of our 3 and 6 month memberships.
